1994.5 - 1997 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel - 37" tire on a stock height F350 - So I know this will probably get criticized pretty hard but I thought I would ask since I have never tried it or seen it done before either. I picked up a cherry set of H1 wheels on a set of NANKANG 37x12.50x16.5s.

That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25".

I ran 38in hancook mud terrains on 18in wheels with a 8in fabtech on my 2006 f350. 6in didn't clear it enough for my comfort. The truck was mostly a pavement queen but I took it to north Idaho and towed a lot etc. I also ran 39.5 with 14.5r18s toyo mts with an 8in superlift on a 2004 f350 only had VERY MINOR rubbing on leaf springs etc.

Functionally, more tire and less rim is better in terms of performance. Its not like a 20 is a small rim! Especially for the cost. I have 37's but haven't paid attention to the gas mileage. A lot of people that have full 35's or 37's don't get the hypertech correction, and thereby don't actually know what their MPG is since the numbers are off due to the tire size.
