I got a 2nd remote for same TV but can't get option to pair. It's simple...press fast forward and rewind same time and follow on screen. It flashes blue and gives up searching for pairing. I've reset it. Called ATT and after 20 minutes of resets and stuff he finally says you can't program 2 remotes to same streaming TV.
