Hey all, I got some comments and questions on the thinkorswim layout video I posted a few months back so I decided to make a new, updated version! I only ask...On robinhood even with a cash account you still would not be able to make more than 3 day trades in a 5 business day rolling period. However, I ran across a couple links and posts saying that if you have a cash account on ToS and less than $25,000 you can still day trade more than 3 times in a five day rolling period.

Real time data can slow TOS to a grind, especially if you use Active Trader. If your TOS starts grinding intraday the first thing you can do immediately is switch to 3 seconds delay and close AT. Make sure you know which rules apply to you. Just specify which one.
