Thanks for sharing!!! I got a 300 on my comsae in May with my exam in 3 weeks. I ended up pushing my exam by a month from my original test day but it was worth it. I was able to raise my comsae to a 340 and then finally a 446 a week before the exam. I got the pass today. If you have low scores, content review is key.

The Standard deviation on the COMLEX itself is a whopping 80 points! It's not a precise enough exam to be able to predict who will score a 380 or a 460. #15. 400. I've seen 450+ being mentioned, but what about those who consistently score over 400 on COMSAE's? The NBOME posted a study about this comparing students from 2019-2020 I believe. 400 on comsae was like 90-95% chance of passing, 450 on COMSAE was 95-100% chance, and 500 was at least 100% chance of passing the real deal.And eff these comsaes lol. To answer part of my own question: Comsae 108 is very straight forward and repetitive with questions (uses the same stem in later blocks and asks a different question about it) 111 is more like a real test to me.
