No call no show by its self is always 2 points. These 2 points can’t be removed by ppto. Then it adds either 1 or 2 points for the absence, depending on if it’s a key event date or not. So without ppto, you can get a maximum of 3 or 4 (key event date) points for not calling out, which would be dropped to 2 with ppto.

PPTO on key event dates works the same way it would on any other day: Use enough to cover the full time you’ll miss and you won’t be pointed. Use enough to cover half the shift, it’ll be half a point.
