Allthemodium spawns where deepslate does (no specific Y level is any better than the rest) just don't go deeper than the nether level. Vibranium only spawns in the Nether (near the roof in my experience, JEI tells you what biomes, two forests iirc) or at a certain Y level range (exposed to air) in caves in the Other dimension.

Piglich hearts are dropped by piglich, you can find them in the Other dimension from allthemodium modpack. Just craft a teleportation pad from allthemodium, place it in the nether and shift+right click on it.
