I've made a simple recolor of grandpa's shed a while ago. My memory is a little fuzzy, but it wasn't that hard. If you want to replace it with a different building (a slime hutch), it might be more complicated because the PNG with the shed is a tile sheet (contains multiple buildings) and the space is limited.
