I personally play with 50x maturation, 100x egg hatch speed, with the imprint timer set to 0.0232. A wyvern egg will incubate in under ten minutes, grow up in about an hour give or take and will require an imprint every 11 or so minutes and gets full imprint. It's based off your maturation rate and imprinting interval multiplier. If you want it to be 100% in one, I'm fairly sure you just need to have pretty high maturation and somewhat similar imprinting interval. Ideally, for 100% in 1 go, you want the first imprint to happen after the baby dino is past 50% maturation.
