That is even though it got to Tier 3 when I did 2 challenges, but when equipping a certain mission, at the beginning of the mission nothing happens, but after about 5 minutes it returns to its original shape (Tier 1) as before the 2 challenges.

If you can only earn it by leveling weapons, hell, I already own (and have leveled) damn near everything. That makes earning more Focus a problem for me.
