Start from either town/City and drive to the other. About halfway between them on the highway you will encounter a long stretch of land that looks tilled, farmed or whatever.

Personally I enjoy West Point the most, and I consider Muldraugh to be more difficult. In West Point I can easily pull away hordes and lose them, and going to the housing areas is usually manageable zombie-wise.
