US 5 days ago horrible experience horrible experience. I enter 1 order of mbtx3 on 11/21/23. I made around $300 profit. However, when I checked on 11/23/23. I found out that my p/l is zero. I checked the order history, there is no sell order filled. I triedt to contact customer service. They have no response. CQG provides market data which you can trade with. They have their own platform but it's not very good and mostly provide data services for the Ninjatrader brokerage.
