I tried replacing the ect sensor and that didn’t fix it either.Hesitations, crazy idle, Electronic throttle control (lighting bolt) kept coming on,check engine light (p2181) kept popping on, car took a long time to heat up. Heater went from hot to cold. Heres my simple fix. 1. Change back to OEM thermostat (203)-Made car heat quicker. 2. Added antifreeze Zerex G-05 (NAPA Auto)-fixed check engine/light bolt.With a p2181 i would definetly check it. It is very easy to check it on the hemi. The t-stat is in the coolant hose right below the left side of the throttle body. Take off the 2 13mm bolts holding the "neck" to the water pump. It will get a little messy. I recommend to wait till the engine is cold.
