G43x can get a 14rd extended mag, the G26 can handle a 17rd magazine. Both have same barrel length. The stock 43x is taller than stock G26. Weight is about the only advantage the g43x has. I would elect the G26. For approx $100, you can get an aftermarket barrel for your G27 and there you have a G26.

on the 43x mos i honestly prefer the surefire xsc. most 43x mos holsters for the tlr 7 sub are all made to 48 length and that sort've defeats the purpose of going with the shorter barrel.
