Bul is made outside US and parts will be harder to source. Not deal breakers but something to consider.

Bul is slightly lighter and smaller, prettier to look at and $1000 less. Also has a better trigger. BULs are in stock. Staccato has a better finish on the gun and hard to come by for the CS.
